When I see temp workers who go to other countries to pick up fruits for a couple of months called expats I will agree with your definition...in the meantime I stand by my original comment, however bit may not be 100pct accurate regarding ethnicity, but that is not the real issue. The issue is for some immigrants to believe their are better than other immigrants
